You can use our size chart on the product page. Measure your waist and hips, then match them to the closest size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Yes — most customers find their usual size fits good. If you prefer a looser or snugger feel, you can size accordingly.
Boxhers are made to fit femme bodies, but anyone who loves the cut and comfort is welcome to wear them.

SHIPPING
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. During checkout, you will be given an estimated delivery date based on your selected shipping method and destination.
We will not be able to make changes once your order is placed. If it has not been fully processed you can try to reach out to us right away and we can try our best to help. We cannot guarantee changes.
If you need to make changes to your address and we can’t correct it in time, try reaching out to the courier directly so they can update or reroute the package for you.
MATERIAL & CARE
We use a soft, breathable modal-elastane blend that moves with you and holds its shape all day long.
Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low — or air dry to keep them feeling brand new longer. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners to protect the material.

You have the option for payment installments by choosing Afterpay at checkout. You do not need to download the app to use this feature, however, the app provides a convenient way to find stores that accept Afterpay, manage your orders, check your spending limit, and make payments.
Taxes will be added to your total according to the laws of your shipping destination.
You can pop your discount code in at checkout — just hit “Apply” and watch the magic happen.
Keep in mind discount codes don’t stack, so you can’t combine them with other promos, bundles, or automatic discounts.
Each code is a one-time treat, so if you’ve already used it, it won’t apply again.
Make sure to double-check the fine print — some codes don’t apply to packs, or certain items, and a few may have expiration dates (because good things don’t last forever).
For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on unworn and unopened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 15 days and we’ll make it right.
We may decline returns or exchanges if we suspect misuse of our return policy — such as fraudulent activity or unusually frequent returns.
The buyer will assume shipping costs for return.
PACKAGING
We’ve carefully considered our packaging to keep it as minimal as possible while still protecting your order. We use only what’s necessary—no excess, no fillers—so your Boxhers arrive safely with less waste. It’s a small step toward being more mindful, and one we’ll continue to improve as we grow.
